How do I register on JOKER13?

What is the required age to register or login to the JOKER13 website?
You must be at least 18 years old to register as an JOKER13 customer.

Do I have to pay tac on winnings from my bets?
JOKER13 does not impose fees on users. However, the local tax authorities in your country might have laws in place regarding either winnings from betting specifically or capital gains in general, which stipulate that you’re required to pay tax on your winnings.

Please note that it’s your responsibility to ensure that you comply with the tax regulations in your country with regard to any winnings or funds you withdraw.

How do I unsubscribe from email newsletters?
If you don’t want to receive any promotional emails from JOKER13, you can unsubscribe either in your account settings or by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the last email that you received.

Can I see my betting history?
You should be able to see your betting history in your account by going to “My Account – Bet History”. Alternatively, you can choose to receive regular reports on your betting activity by email.

I forget my username or password. What should I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password and requested a password reset, you can try resetting your password using your phone number.

In order to do so, your phone number must have been activated when you were previously logged in to your account. If this is not the case, please contact our “Customer Support” team, describe the issue and give them your phone number.

What should I do if the account name has been registered?

I want to close my account.
We understand that there may be various reasons why you might want to close your account. If you wish to do so, simply contact our “Customer Support” team with your account number.

Your account will automatically be blocked if it stays inactive for 3 months. In other words, your account will be blocked if you don’t use it.

Can i reactivate a closed/blocked account?
You cannot reactivate an account that is currently blocked or closed. If your account has been blocked automatically, it will be reactivated once it has been unblocked.

However, if you personally requested that your account be closed, i.e. through self-exclusion, your account cannot be reactivated.

The team that I bet on have won. Why haven’t I received a payout?
When you place a bet, please make sure you’re aware of the exact outcome you’re betting on. Otherwise, you can still lose even if you bet on the winning team.

For example, if you bet on a team winning in regular time and they win in extra time or a penalty shoot-out, your bet loses.

I’ve made a bet and it was void. Why did this happen?
Bets can be void for various reasons. For example, if a sporting event is cancelled or one of the competitors is disqualified.

Moreover, total bets are refunded if the outcome is equal to the total shown on the site.

I’ve accidentally placed the wrong bet. Can i cancel it?
You cannot cancel a bet which you’ve already placed. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
